The Prehnite Path, LLC makes no, and hereby disclaims any, implied warranties, Including without limitation, any implied warranty of non­infringement, merchantability, of fitness for any particular purpose or arising by usage of trade, course of dealing or course of performance. In addition, The Prehnite Path, LLC, disclaims any and all warranties correpresentations regarding interpretation of spiritual matters.

Diclaimer of Consequential Damages

You agree that The Prehnite Path, LLC, has no liability with respect to the services, or any other obligations under this agreement or otherwise, for consequential, exemplary, special, incidental, or punitive damages (including without limitation loss of opportunity or profits, even if The Prehnite Path, LLC, has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Limitations of Remedies and Liability.

The Prehnite Path, LLC’s total aggregate liability to customer or anyone claiming by or through customer for any reason and upon any cause of action including without limitation, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability, misrepresentations, and other torts, is limited to a total aggregate amount of 10% of all fees Paid to The Prehnite Path, LLC, by the customer for all services rendered or sessions or events attended during the twelve months immediately preceding the events giving rise to the liability. You acknowledge that The Prehnite Path, LLC, does not control the transfer of data over communications facilities, including the internet. You agree that The Prehnite Path, LLC, is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from problems with Communication facilities.

You acknowledge and agree that the services provided by The Prehnite Path, LLC, are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By using the services of The Prehnite Path, LLC, you agree to hold harmless The Prehnite Path, LLC, and all of its owners, members, directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, affiliates, licensors, and subcontractors and shall not seek any remedy from any of them.

The ability of each person to effectively use the knowledge and skills gained from sessions, readings, classes, groups, workshops, or spiritual development is largely determined by their own enthusiasm, commitment, effort, motivation, and capabilities. Therefore, you absolve The Prehnite Path, LLC of any responsibility regarding your implementation of the knowledge and skills you have acquired, and recognize that we do not guarantee any results with the practicies you have learned and choose to implement.

Copyright of event materials is owned by The Prehnite Path, LLC and Adriene Nicastro. Third party sources of materials incorporated or referenced are subject to the same copyright laws.  When booking any event from The Prehnite Path, LLC, you and the participant (if different) are subject to the same restrictions.
