Cancellations and Refunds
Please read the policy below carefully.
Refunds
Refunds to private bookings, circles, groups, and workshops can be obtained more than 7 days from the event or appointment.
No refunds will be given within the 7 day period prior to private readings, circles, classes, or workshops for any reason.
Refunds are usually processed within 24 hours of the cancellation (maximum 72 hours) and will paid by the same method as the original payment.
If The Prehnite Path, LLC cancels an event, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations
All cancellations more than 7 days from the appointment or event incur a 20% non-refundable fee.
Clients canceling registration to any private booking or event within 7 days are still responsible for payment of the posted price, as the cancellation fee.
Re-booking / event transfers will be charged a 20% fee of the posted price.
Those who cancel up to 2 days before any event may re-register within 3 months.
